"The CNRS Bronze Medal recognizes the first works of researchers who are specialists in their field. This distinction represents an encouragement from the CNRS to pursue research that is well underway and already fruitful." Aurélie Hourlier-Fargette is one of the awardees for 2025. At the frontier between physics, physical chemistry and mechanics, the research she has initiated on architected foams has been recognized by CNRS physique with this distinction.
